Rapid product growth created accumulated auth and business-logic vulnerabilities. Payment endpoints and support roles were the board’s top concerns.
Approach
Gray-box testing with real role access, focused on payment flows, object-level authorization, and coupon/fee abuse. Findings were delivered with controlled PoCs and remediation priority to engineering.
